‘Banshee’

High above the River Bandon in Kinsale,County Cork, Ireland, Nancy Donough hears the cry of the banshee. But she’s not the only one to hear it — nor is she the only one to be haunted by the plaintive wail that reaches across generations.

“Banshee” is a story about ambition, fate and what we inherit from our ancestors.

JACOB AND EBENEZER: A LOVE STORY By Adam Richter

Jacob Marley is a ruthless, cold-hearted businessman and one of the most hated men in London. But when the attractive and equally savvy Ebenezer Scrooge enters his life, Marley warms just enough to let him in. Over the decades Marley and Scrooge shut out the rest of the world, while finding refuge in the company of each other, eschewing compassion for their fellow human beings until it’s almost too late.

Mild-mannered reporter Josh Watkins, a friend of the underdog and scourge of copy editors, moonlights as the city’s superhero The Good Prowler. At night he battles criminals, while during the day he battles deadlines, recalcitrant editors and a shrinking journalism industry. His biggest nemesis: Finding a work-life balance. When a deadly disaster strikes the city, Josh must decide which of his identities will do the most good.


‘Rebel Chocolates’

During Easter Week 1916, rebels in the fight for Irish freedom meet a kid who just wanted to get some free sweets.

‘The Conscience of the King’

(APPROXIMATE RUNNING TIME: 45 MINUTES)

CAST: 3M,2F, 1 EITHER

In this prequel to “Hamlet,” Claudius wants to get his brother to be a better king. He has the best of intentions. Really. 


‘Everybody Hates This Place’
