‘Clips’

Ten-Minute Play

On her last day, Sheila thinks she may have found a way to keep her struggling newspaper afloat. Set in the early 200s, “Clips” looks at the challenges that small papers had even before social media did its part to destroy journalism, and what happens when Sheila’s ideals of what the industry should be come up against what it actually is.

“Clips” won the 2023 Phillips’ Mill Emerging Playwrights Competition.
